Shipping Policy

Each Jimny XL 5-door drawer and platform system is custom-built to order in collaboration with Outback Touring Solutions (OTS). Once your order is placed, it enters production within 48 hours. Due to the made-to-order nature of this product, please allow a production lead time of 3–4 weeks before dispatch.

Shipping is available within Australia only. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order. Once your custom setup is ready to ship, you’ll receive tracking information via email. All items are securely packaged to ensure safe delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, as a signature may be required.

Return Policy

Due to the custom-built nature of our drawer and platform systems, returns or cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed and entered production.

However, warranty coverage is provided by Outback Touring Solutions in the event of manufacturing defects or faulty components. If you believe your product is defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery, including clear photos and a description of the issue. All warranty claims are assessed and resolved by OTS in line with their product standards.

Vehicle Compatibility Disclaimer

This product is specifically designed for the Suzuki Jimny XL (5-door, JC74 model). It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compatibility before purchasing. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for orders placed for non-compatible vehicles, including 3-door Jimny variants or other models.

Damages in Transit

While every effort is made to ensure your product arrives in perfect condition, if your item is damaged during transit, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain all packaging and provide photo evidence to assist with the claims process.
